The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, with some great neighborhood restaurants nearby. it is conveniently located near the metro station and only a few blocks from all major transportation modes. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent service from the staff. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel offered great facilities such as a currency converter without surcharge.

The parking at the hotel was quite expensive.

It's a long way from the center

The room at General Boutique Hotel & Wellness was amazing! It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay - from the cool air-conditioning to the big LCD TV with lots of channels. I loved the free internet, mini-bar, and the fact that I could make my own coffee and tea. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Personally, I'm not a big fan of ironing, so having ironing facilities in the room wasn't really my thing. But I can see how others might find it useful.

The room was perfect! At first I didn't like the room on the penthouse so the nice hotel staff upgraded us to a suite - it was amazing!!! Staff was very very friendly and helpful, they basically help with everything that you need in Prague. Breakfast was amazing too - I liked the omlette a lot!

About 200ckz to city center by taxi. The surrounding is very quite at night.

A cozy restaurant with gourmet food and tranquil atmosphere, conveniently located near attractions. The hotel offers meeting room services and has a Trip Advisor Hall of Fame recognition. I would rather explore the mysteries of this city than stay longer at the hotel.

I couldn't find Bigfoot in the wellness area.

The staff was very attentive, provided very good services and helped with private parking. The breakfast was above average and excellent with variety of choice.

Delightful hotel with enthusiastic staff, has amazing location to centre of Prague. Overall lovely food, plus there is Restaurace u Kristiana close by.

We stayed at General Boutique Hotel & Wellness for 3 nights on a leisure trip. The building and furniture exuded a true Prague vibe. The location was ideal, with plenty of bars and entertainment options within walking distance along the river. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the neighborhood was pleasantly quiet. Our suite on the top floor was spacious, with a stylish setup and lovely furniture. The room was remarkably quiet, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay.

Hotel staff were very helpful. Restaurant food was good and service was excellent. Room was quiet and clean.

The room was under the roof on the fourth floor and had a sloping ceiling which meant you had to be very careful not to hit your head when getting out the right-hand side of the bed. The air conditioning did not work well so the room was too hot at night. The shower was at the end of the bath and it was very hard to shower without spraying water onto the bathroom floor. Lots of channels were listed on the TV but only a few worked

I had a fantastic experience at General Boutique Hotel & Wellness. From the moment I arrived, the staff, particularly Martin at reception, made me feel welcome and provided helpful information about the city. The room was beautiful and the restaurant served excellent food. I also enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location for exploring Prague. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice and clean room and bathroom, parking in garage, good food in the restaurant, fair breakfast. Kind door-keeper.

Too much wasting time for check in and out, same in restaurant for lunch and dinner. We booked a smoking room, but they said is a non-smoking room , even was an ashtrey there. No terace. Too much ''kitsch'' in room and restaurant. Far away from center.

Everything was really good, and the breakfast was above average and sensational with many options.
